About this gift

You're purchasing a one-year BuildCreditAI Builder subscription as a gift for someone else. A few things to know before you buy:

  • We'll email the recipient an invitation with a code to redeem the gift. The account will be theirs — after they redeem, you won't have access to their account or their information.
  • You have 14 days to request a full refund if the recipient hasn't redeemed yet.
  • If the recipient declines the gift, we'll let you know, and you can request a full refund within 60 days of that notice.
  • If the recipient never redeems, the gift expires after 12 months — and we'll automatically refund you in full. We'll email you 30 days beforehand so you have a chance to resolve it first.
  • We cover all processing fees. A refund means the full amount you paid.

Once the recipient redeems the gift, the subscription has been delivered and refunds are no longer available, except in cases of service failure or hardship at our discretion.
