Our refund policy

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. The free trial is the main safeguard: if you cancel during the 7-day trial before your first charge, you're never billed. If you think you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 7 days and we'll review your case. Cancelling a paid plan stops future renewals but doesn't refund the period you're currently in — you keep access through the end of it.

Gift subscriptions

Gifts work a little differently, and the specifics are spelled out in Section 8 of our Terms of Service. In short: the purchaser can request a full refund within 14 days as long as the gift hasn't been redeemed yet, and within 60 days if the recipient declines the gift. Once a gift has been redeemed, refunds generally aren't available because the subscription has been delivered. Only the purchaser can request a gift refund.
